Microsoft Configuration utility

This utility allows for the auditing of several INIs, services and registry keys that are associated with automatically launching programs at system startup. It can also be used to set how the system boots, such as entering Safe Mode for troubleshooting. Configuration settings should not normally be modified, however, and unnecessary startup applications can often be disabled from their own settings.

Accessed by entering the command "msconfig" into a command prompt or the run menu.
